Tax Returns - Everyone's Responsibility

I think that there should be a requirement that the following each release their tax returns:

1.  Anyone who wants to moderate a primary debate.
2.  Anyone who wants to be in the White House Press Corps.
3.  Anyone who wants to be a candidate for House or Senate.
4.  Anyone who wants to be Governor.
5.  Anyone who wants to be State Senator, State Representative or
Councilperson or Mayor.
6.  Anyone who wants to be get their salary from Government source or subsidy.
7.  Everyone.
